The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who would be interested in a contract opportunity offered within the Ottawa, ON region.
**DESCRIPTION OF WORK / DELIVERABLES**
We have a requirement for a Business Analyst who will work with stakeholders on their IT initiatives. The incumbent will engage with clients to document their business requirement, process/flows, and create current/future state maps, such that the technical team can develop a solution/product. Once the solution has been implemented the incumbent may also train end users.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience as a business analyst;
- Significant, recent experience with ERP systems, cloud solutions, and transformative projects;
- Hands-on experience developing process flow chart/diagram and documents;
- Experience with one or more current industry standard back-office processes and process mapping;
- Computer literacy with mapping, spreadsheets, word processing and database software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc.);
- Knowledge of data and process modelling;
- Experience engaging stakeholders from different areas of the business;
- Experience in change management;
- Experience training end users;
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall;
- Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing and ability to describe problems to others, to listen and to manage and influence stakeholders;
- Knowledge of Lean methodology an asset;
- Salesforce experience an asset;
- PM experience an asset; and
- Experience in Higher Educational an asset.
