**Description**: Nortak Software is currently seeking Business Analysts with the following qualifications:
**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the past 10 years as a Business Analyst drafting business requirements for IT solutions
- Experience drafting business process models and workflows on a minimum of 2 non-overlapping projects in the past 6 years
- Experience reviewing requirements, developing User Stories, preparing test cases, executing test cases and analyzing results on a minimum of 2 non-overlapping projects in the past 6 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the past 10 years participating in design reviews and providing input on product design, and potential problems
- Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC

**Rated Criteria**:

- Experience in the past 10 years working with the full business requirements life cycle within an IM/IT project - from elicitation, analysis, prioritization, maintenance, change assessment, testing and monitoring, and testing including full traceability
- Experience within the past 5 years drafting business requirements for a Client Relationship Management platform, and more particularly a Microsoft Dynamics implementation
- Experience within the past 10 years assessing Change Request Forms for impacts on current solutions and on future planned deployments
- 3 years experience in the past 10 years working with the Azure DevOps platform

**Location of Work**:

- Ottawa / Gatineau (NCR)
