Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage staff team, and day to day running of household
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in documentation and medication administration
- Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Emergency On -call rotation
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Identify areas for improvement and address as outlined in agency policy and procedure

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in Disability and community support or relevant field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Outlook and Microsoft office
- Knowledge of on line scheduling systems an asset

Pay: From $19.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

- supportive care: 1 year (preferred)
