Inclusion Selkirk is looking for a Residential Team Leader to oversee the day to day operations of a residential group home.

We are looking for someone that has Management experience in the field of disability and community support or health care.

Successful applicants must have the following skills and checks.
- Clear criminal record check
- Clear child abuse and adult abuse registry checks
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Understanding of progressive discipline
- prior management experience
- strong communication skills
- Experience assisting with personal finances
- Experience assisting people with medical professionals
- Must have valid Manitoba drivers license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: From $18.98 per hour
