**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
- Operate Clover POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Monitor guest consumption levels to promote responsible drinking and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or banquets.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality in every interaction with guests.

**Skills**
- Proficient in using Clover POS for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment effectively.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and promote specials.
- Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant, pub or nightclub settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and sanitation protocols.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
