**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring the customer is as informed as possible while also informing customers of additional services offered.
- Manage the service process from start to finish, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians and parts people.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation of all financial interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, promoting a welcoming environment for customers.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and dealership promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership or shop environment is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with heavy truck and equipment repair processes and mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Experience with FullBay or other shop management software
- Experience in sales or upselling services is highly desirable.
- A passion for the industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in excel and other Microsoft programs
- Excellent communications skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
