Franks Tire & Auto is requiring a self-sufficient service advisor / office assistant for a busy shop in Rocky View, Ab. We’re in search of a motivated individual to help with creating long-lasting relationships with our current customers, vendors and building new relationships with customers. The service advisor must be personable, friendly, honest, enjoy talking to people and be able to keep up with the growing business.

Job Duties:

- Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Scheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical services over the phone and in person
- Write up of customer repair orders, estimates and expected return of the vehicle, obtaining customers approval on estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, asking proper and detailed questions in order to diagnose the vehicle properly, and ensuring that all products are billed to the customer accurately
- Work closely with the owner and complete day to day tasks

License/Certification:

- Driver’s License (required)
- High School diploma or equivalent

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
