Under the responsibility of the Senior IT Director, and in collaboration with the Team Leader, the incumbent will provide IT support for several computer parks of more than 1,000 computers and servers, more than 300 users spread over six (6) sites in Quebec.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Install and configure computers, mobile devices and peripherals;
- Install and configure software;
- Ensure the management of the computer park, including the installation, configuration and support of the antivirus, taking and verification of backups, as well as the management of access;
- Provide technical support to users.

Technical and professional skills
- College education
- Experience an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft products - Windows 10-11, Office 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to produce technical and user documentation
