Join Master Group's dynamic team as a Transport Analyst and be at the forefront of operational excellence and process optimization Reporting to the National Transport Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizing processes across our entire network.

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Dive deep into transportation data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
- Evaluate transportation-related claims, conducting thorough investigations to address root causes.
- Collaborate with carriers, legal teams, and insurance companies to negotiate and settle claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all claim-related activities and generate insightful reports on claim trends and resolutions.
- Review and approve carrier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and process improvements to stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic planning of transport networks, considering operational requirements and logístical constraints.
- Create training materials, SOPs, and process models to support continuous improvement efforts.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced knowledge of SQL and PowerBI/Alteryx.
- Advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of ERP and WMS software.
- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn).
