The Jazz Lebourgneuf residence located near the Galeries de la Capitale, close to all services and with easy access to public transportation is currently looking for a Dining Room Manager to join our great food services team.

**:
The Dining Room Manager plans and directs activities related to dining room service. He/she ensures the smooth running of the meal service, manages the staff involved and ensures that outstanding customer service is maintained.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Administration**:

- Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
- Ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met
- If required, collaborate on the various residence committees
- Provide a high level of customer service

**Management**:

- Assist with the staffing process in your area by onboarding, training and integrating new personnel
- Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
- Perform staff assessment
- Plan human resources and manage replacements in the health care department
- Plan, manage and monitor operations in the dining room

**Food Services**:

- Assist in ensuring resident and staff safety in the dinning room by enforcing compliance with health and safety standards
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Greet clients and orient new residents by proposing their seat at an appropriate table
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Participate in table service with your team of waiters
- Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- knowledge of a Maitre D
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Experience in personnel management
- At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in restoration
