We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and coordinate production efforts across Room 8 Group for a portfolio of key clients. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of building and nurturing long-term client partnerships, ensuring outstanding delivery quality, and driving engagement growth.

Superpowers you have:

- Proven experience in production or program management in the gaming or art outsourcing industry;
- Strong background in managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficiency with production tools (Jira, Confluence, ShotGrid, Excel, etc.);
- Experience in project estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking;
- Ability to organize cross-functional teams and establish efficient workflows;
- Deep understanding of art and/or game development pipelines;
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

- Experience in client-facing roles with top-tier game studios or publishers;
- Understanding of co-development and full-cycle production processes;
- Familiarity with creative and technical production standards in the gaming industry;
- Experience mentoring or managing a team of project managers.

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

- Oversee all production work delivered to your assigned clients across Room 8 Group service lines;
- Manage project estimation and pitch preparation together with the Engagement team;
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards across multiple projects;
- Coordinate production meetings, reporting, and delivery milestones;
- Work closely with Sales, Art Directors, and Production Directors to ensure client satisfaction and project success;
- Support upselling initiatives, contract extensions, and continuous improvement of internal processes.
