**We are looking for**
Are you ambitious and have a sound knowledge of office administration and accounting? We are looking for an office manager based at our subsidiary office in Montreal, Canada. The role includes administrative support to our North America team that works mostly remotely as well as supply accounting services as a support to or Head Office in Germany, North and South America as well as our office in Africa.

**Your Tasks**
- Order intake process for indurad corp. (ERP Systems: examples: odoo and QuickBooks)
- Writing invoices to clients on request.
- Booking incoming invoices.
- Matching payments to invoices.
- Debtor and Creditor management.
- New vendor registrations incl. vendor account updates
- Preparing bank transfers for Management to review and then validate.
- Communicating with tax advisor.
- Payroll topics with Desjardins.
- Booking travel trips for indurad corp. staff.
- Doing expense reports for indurad corp. staff.
- Support in compiling basis quotes for clients on request of Sales staff.
- Coordinating logistics with Germany and freight companies, incl. customs clearance and shipping to customer
- HR related topics incl. job interviews, staff onboarding, team building activities, etc.
- Mobilisations to mine sites incl. site access request, coordinating/ booking of training requirements, medicals, other qualifications
- Maintaining office administrative related duties.
- Translation of documents (French - English)

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 1 year accounting assistance experience.
- Minimum 1 year office administration experience.
- Meticulous, resourceful, well organized and flexible.
- Superior time management skill, multitasking and the ability to prioritize with mínimal supervision.
- Positive and detail oriented.
- Computer literate, especially in excel.
- Fully bilingual capability (French and English)
- High level of typing and document writing skills
- You must have the legal right to live and work in Canada.

**Our Company**

Our technology company is twelve years old and supplies five of the ten largest mining companies in the world. Our head office is in Aachen (Germany) with offices in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Russia and South Africa. We equip mining and bulk material handling industries with modern sensor solutions, allowing people to work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions. For example, we automate train loadouts, shiploaders, stackers/reclaimers and crushing plants. The requirements of the modern resource industry are versatile and demanding, meaning that solutions from other industries often cannot be used. We fill these gaps and build customer specific solutions based on our in-house developed electronics (3D Point Cloud imaging Radar, RTLS, GNSS), always ruggedized for heavy outdoor use.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
