The Plant Controller is a key role on the plant leadership team. Contributes to all areas of plant management and provides strong financial leadership. The Plant Controller is responsible for coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. The incumbent will provide financial information to the plant and be part of the team providing recommendations to improve site performance.
The Plant Controller is responsible for the maintenance and analysis of plant financial records required for monthly financial statement preparation, coordinates audits with internal and external auditors, prepares audit packages and prepares budgets and forecasts for review.
