**Essential Duties**:

- Experience managing general office/accounting at dealerships preferred
- Experience with automotive environments and service centers
- Some knowledge of asset management (land/building)
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization
- Deliver in-depth auto industry knowledge
- Prepare and/or review financial statements
- Act as an industry expert and technical accounting resource
- Provide consulting relative to business transactions
- Develop and lead staff as demand grows
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, provincial and local regulatory laws and rules

Attributes/Skills
- BA in Accounting
- MA in Accounting or MBA
- CPA
- 5+ years experience as automotive dealership industry CFO or Controller
- Team player mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
- PC proficient is essential. CDK experience is preferred

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
