**YOUR IMPACT**

Joining as the AR Manager, Collections, under the direction of the Director, Collections, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing the Collections strategy, ensuring consistent achievement of large portfolio cash collection targets. Your deep understanding of the Order to Cash function will drive process optimization and automation within the AR function, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellence.

**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
- Contribute to the development of collection strategy alongside leadership and peers.
- Lead a sizable team to implement best-in-class collection processes, emphasizing automation and practices to meet or exceed cash collection targets.
- Implement quarterly cash targets and lessons learned processes, aligning with departmental and corporate KPIs while managing bad debt expense and write-offs within best-in-class metrics.
- Ensure accurate and informative ELT issues reports for effective account issue resolution.
- Proactively engage with Senior Stakeholders to resolve large business account disputes requiring corporate support.
- Maintain and update collections policy and standard operational procedures to align with best-in-class collections strategy.
- Oversee Acquisition integration activities to ensure seamless transition.
- Collaborate with Billing, Sales, and other Order to Cash stakeholders to drive A/R best practices.
- Efficiently manage audit requirements.
- Partner with the reporting and analytics team to ensure standardized reporting and accurate analytics.
- Execute additional projects and initiatives assigned by leadership to bolster the A/R strategy.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- CCP Designation and Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Demonstrated HR acumen for effective team onboarding and lifecycle support.
- Expert negotiator with a successful track record in B2B collections, managing large portfolio balances.
- Business acumen to navigate complex issues across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in implementing standardized escalation processes and leading teams in effective negotiation tactics.
- Strong business process analysis skills with knowledge of project management and change management processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Exceptional team player, committed to collaboration and problem-solving.
- Superior written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, especially with Sales, Legal, and External Customers.
- Ability to foster a culture of learning and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Bilingual/Multilingual skills are an asset.
