- Provide shipment updates, resolve complaints, and document issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.43-$26.28 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
