**POSITION**: Projects Supervisor REPORTS TO: Projects Manager
We are looking for a Projects Supervisor to join our Projects and Engineering team Our Projects Supervisor is responsible for supervising the millwright team to ensure that all project assignments are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- You have solid mechanical, electrical, and mathematical skills

- You have excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)

EXPERIENCE
- You have a bachelor’s in Engineering or Red Seal Millwright/Electrician or related discipline
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a supervisor or a similar role in the food manufacturing industry

NICE-TO-HAVE
- 5th Class Steam Engineering certification
- Refrigeration certificate
- Commitment to on-going professional and personal development

THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Organize project work assignments within appropriate timeframes and stay within allocated budgets
- Coordinate contractors’ activities and uphold communication with stakeholders as needed
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and safety objectives within the team
- Strive for zero incidents and ensure a people centered safety culture exists within the team
- Perform audits of in-process and closed project work and track parts/equipment inventory

OTHER
- You may on occasion work at varied times as the job requires
