**LOOKING FOR A SKILLED HANDYMAN/WOMAN TO HELP WITH QUALITY MAINTENANCE**

This is a great opportunity for a skilled handyman to join a rapidly growing property management team. Looking for an experienced handyman that is happy to provide quality maintenance to the apartments we manage.

Perfect for motivated person that wants to be part of a property management company that actually cares about their tenants.
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Patch and Paint
- Drywall repair
- Minor Plumbing (Faucet replacement, P-trap installation etc.)
- Minor Electrical (Replacement of outlets, light fixtures etc.)
- Minor Carpentry
- Flooring Installation
- Installation of Trim/Casing
- New Door (Interior/Exterior) installation
- Installation door hardware (Deadbolts etc.)

Physical Demands
- Lift minimum 50 lbs.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Critical Thinking Skills a MUST HAVE
- A Valid Driver's License

**SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS**:

- Attention to Detail/ Keen eye for property inspections
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised and under pressure
- Good time management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Comfortable with using a smartphone and technology to sign/out of jobs

Full-time hours: 37.5-40 hrs per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22-25/hr + company phone + company vehicle

*consideration of commencement skill and experience.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
