Children’s Centre Thunder Bay is the administrative support partner to the Noojmawing Sookatagaing Ontario Health Team.

The OHT is currently seeking to fill the following position:
Computer & Network Specialist

Full Time Contract Position

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the City and District of Thunder Bay on a frequent basis.
- Ability to work flexibly based on project and operational needs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- This position requires a minimum education level of a three-year college diploma from a recognized and accredited post-secondary institution in an Information Technology related field.
- A minimum of three years of work experience in an Information Technology related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server and workstation systems and will be required to effectively configure, administrate, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software in a Windows network environment.
- Experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure Platforms, eg M365, Azure, AWS Etc.
- Provide end user support to multiple external partners and as such requires the ability to provide high quality customer service while efficiently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Additional assets include recognized IT industry certifications, excellent communication skills, experience working in a team-based environment in both supportive and lead roles, as well as knowledge of and experience in project management and/or LEAN methodologies.
