**Your work environment at EXP**

In this role, you will join the Municipal Infrastructure and Land Development group, based in the **Ottawa **office.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with the Municipal Infrastructure and Land Development projects
- Coordinate project drawings with designers, project managers, CAD staff, and others
- Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective mannerWork under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the division

**What your experience looks like**
- Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) or Civil Technician with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in Ontario
- Strong computer software skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro station Word & Excel
- Familiarity with various Municipal and regional design and drafting standards
- Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Municipal Infrastructure Land Development projects
- Independent, Organized, and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced turnaround environment
