** | **_**CASE MANGER - Youth Transitional Residences and Programs**_
The Case Manager duties include clinical, administrative and supervisory duties for Youth living with an intellectual challenge, developmental disability and/or struggling with mental illness. This positions scope of responsibility will include the following programs: Supervision and leadership, Outreach, Supported Independent Living, Transitional Housing and Crisis Management for all our 24-hour shift staffed residences and apartment complexes.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS **_Education and Experience_
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Cover letter and updated resume.
- Clear Criminal Record, Adult & Child Abuse Checks.
- Valid Driver’s License and a vehicle with 2 million liability insurance.
- Completion of grade 12 or educational equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience providing services to adults with intellectual disabilities or those living with Mental Illness.
- A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in any industry.
- Experience with program and activity development.
- Experience in handling multiple projects.
- Two applicable employment references and one character reference.
