With your expertise in B2B sales and account management, you will create strategies that not only meet but exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. **What you’ll do**
- Develop and implement strategic plans for territory management, focusing on lead generation and direct sales initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Utilize our CRM software Odoo, to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate insightful reports.
- Engage in cold calling and networking to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility within the region.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and our disctributors while maintaining high standards of customer service.
**Basic qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets in B2B environments.
**Preferred qualifications**
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales team or experience in sales management roles.
- Familiarity with technology sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service.
