**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team. As the Network Administrator, you will be responsible for providing IT support to onsite and offsite users, manage and maintain the network infrastructure, troubleshoot equipment and network issues, implement security measures, and more. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Regular visits to various buildings & client follow-ups
- Provide feedback to the Corporate Services team for regular business reviews
- Efficiently respond to employees needs and troubleshoot or escalate issues as required
- Provide remote support for remote users
- Perform server administration tasks, including file services, user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services
- Provide Level - 1, 2, & 3 server administration tasks including: file services, user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services
- Provide level:1, 2 & 3 networking support (TCP/IP, DNS/MX, simple subnets, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless)
- Deploy / repair & replace services on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install and configure Windows Desktops/Laptops
- Check events and logs and escalate issues as required
- Complete weekly and monthly Service Level Agreement tasks
- Monitor backup & business continuity

**Skills you bring**:

- Proficient in networking technologies such as vaticinate, SQL, Java, Python, and AWS
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Servers.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Network Administration
- 1-5+ years experience supporting SMB networks and systems
- Fundamental knowledge or exposure to the following technologies:

- Operating Systems: Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, iOS, Android, Hyper-V
- Networking: Cisco, Meraki, SonicWALL, Fortinet, HP, Wireless AP
- Microsoft 365: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly proficient at identifying user and system issues and resolving or escalating
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- CompTIA or equivalent training
- Microsoft Certifications
- Ability to create disaster recovery and business continuity plans will be an asset
- Valid drivers license and vehicle

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Computer networking: 3 years (preferred)
