**Salary**: $65,000-$80,000 annually

**What You’ll Do**
■ Network infrastructure management and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls).
■ Network Security and Monitoring.
■ Active Directory administration.
■ Azure and office 365 administration
■ Investigating, evaluating and implementing new software and hardware.
■ Helpdesk.
■ Hardware support including, servers, desktop, mobile phones, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
■ Work with end users and other IT support teams to handle requests and troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
■ System Maintenance
■ Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
**What You Need to Have**
■ Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
■ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
■ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
■ Post-Secondary degree/Diploma or certification from a technical program.
■ Keen attention to Detail.
■ Strong customer service orientation.
■ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
■ Hyper-V Administration.
■ HP Procure Management.
■ Fortinet Network Equipment Administration.
■ SAN ( iSCSI) Administration.
■ Experience with administration of Microsoft 365 platform.
■ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
