As HR Generalist, your responsibilities will involve helping to find, grow, and keep remarkable talent engaged and dedicated to our core values and mission. In this role you will work with the team to provide the talent, programs, and development that our employees require to reach their goals.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, offering expertise and assistance on various HR-related matters to foster a positive and productive work environment.

In this exciting role, you will report directly to HR Manager and collaborate closely with the HSE Specialist and Payroll team, as well as department managers.

You will be responsible for:

- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Policy Development and Compliance
- Employee Engagement and Development
- HRIS Management
- Metrics and Reporting

**WHAT SKILLS YOU BRING**:
We are looking for individuals with:

- Great interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels
- Strong communication, written and oral
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment,
- Strong computer + software skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, SharePoint, Excel
- Employee experience ambassador
- Payroll experience
- Benefits management
- Compensation review and ranking
- HRIS Management, experience with UKG considered an asset
- Program Development
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Strong Problem-solving skills

**QUALIFICATIONS YOU HAVE**:
We are looking for individuals with:

- 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, HSE, and payroll
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources related field
- CHRP designation with CHRL in progress
- JHSC certification is considered an asset
- Strong customer/client service orientation
- Able to exercise sound judgement and critical thinking in problem solving and decision making
- Keen attention to detail and consistency in work
- Organized and adaptable
- Self-motivated and able to establish priorities

**ABOUT THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT**:

- Office environment - specify activities (keyboarding, sitting, problem solving, analysis)
- Manufacturing, assembly, range and lab areas - PPE required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
