**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, direct, and manage a team of landscapers during maintenance projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Perform regular maintenance duties such as lawn care, pruning, trimming, weeding, edging, and seasonal clean-ups.
- Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety of all equipment and tools.
- Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance on landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Conduct daily briefings to assign tasks, review safety procedures, and address any team concerns.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all maintenance work completed by the crew.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise on-site in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all work is completed within the scheduled time frame and according to client specifications.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure proper stock of materials and tools.
- Report directly to the Maintenance Manager regarding crew performance, project updates, and any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a landscaping company is preferred.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a positive and productive manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
