**Job description**

**Work Schedule**

WDHA/KSF offers a regular schedule consisting of 5 days on; 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week. On Call work (after work hours and weekends) is required and is scheduled on a rotational basis.

**Some Key Duties**:

- Routine maintenance tasks including flooring, door, and window installations; drywalling including mudding and taping; painting, basic electrical, plumbing and furnace maintenance and repairs, etc.
- Weekly, monthly and semi-annual duties are performed on time and in accordance with social housing standards.
- Maintenance related factory standards are followed for each piece of equipment inspection results are responded to and addressed in a timely manner.
- Performs move-in and move-out inspections with tenants to ensure all repairs have been captured before new tenants move in.
- Service requests are responded to and addressed in a timely manner.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
1. High School Diploma

2. Class 5 Driver’s license in good standing (mandatory)

3. Negative Vulnerable Sector/Criminal Record Check (mandatory)

3. Drywall repair

4. Flooring installation

5. Use power tools

6. Installation of doors, windows, etc.

7. Painting

8. Deck and fencing construction/repairs

9. Basic electrical, plumbing and furnace repairs

10. Ability to lift 50lbs

11. Ability to work in high places

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
