**Responsibilities**
- Manage day to day of retail wine shop
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Reach sales targets with the support of the team
- Purchasing and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service and manage any feedbacks with professionalism
- Increase sales opportunities through other avenues such as events, restaurant sales, liquor store sales

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical and growth mindset

Valid Serving it Right Certificate
