**Job description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic staff member to join our maintenance and facilities team at the Toronto Ski Club The position is a full-time seasonal opportunity.

As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, each day will be unique and may include any of the following duties:

- Responsible for all aspect of clubhouse maintenance including basic fixes, drywall repairs, basic installations, repairs, painting, general plumbing and more
- Create a welcoming environment for members by ensuring the building is well maintained, preventative maintenance and inspections are completed
- Properly assess problems and provide solutions to ensure successful project completion
- During winter months ensure walkways and areas are cleared of snow and salted to ensure member safety
- Coordination of booking trades to assist in certain maintenance and building tasks
- Assistance with event set up including moving tables, chairs, and setting up stages
- Opening, locking, and alarming of building

**Experience & Requirements**
- Past Maintenance, and/or facilities experience
- Availability to work all weekends during the ski season (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and holidays (with the exception of Christmas Day)
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Self-motivated and customer service oriented
