**Job Type**: Permanent Full-time (1 year contract)

**Location**: Head office in Peel Region

**Hours of Work**: 35 hours a week (Days & Evenings)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clinical and administrative supervision for teams of registered Counsellors
- Assist with program planning and development, and day to day operations of the programs
- Facilitate individual and peer supervision meetings, as per the program models
- Establish and maintain professional alliances with community partners/agencies
- Assist in the recruitment of staff and provide orientation and training to new program staff
- Maintain supervision files on all workers in identified programs, as assigned
- Complete program statistics and annual program reviews, identifying service provision issues, trends, outcomes, statistical analysis and overall evaluation of the effectiveness of the services
- Complete program-specific training in the Triple P Positive Parenting Program

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years within the mental health sector, including 3 years of supervisory experience
- Registration in the appropriate professional regulatory body under the Psychotherapy Act is required
- Strong clinical and administrative skills
- Knowledge and experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Case Management and Crisis Intervention and utilizing a Trauma-informed Approach
- Familiarity with the children, youth and adult mental health systems in Peel
- Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License and provide own transportation
- Fluency in French or other languages is considered an asset

**Salary Range**: $73,153 - $82,426
