Job Description

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the “Windows Administrator” carries out sales and service support functions related to glazing product sales. In this role, you will support sales growth of windows/doors by providing superior sales support and customer service to our window customers. Specifically you will:

- Provide accurate and timely quotes for windows/doors to lumberyards and contractors using computer software and manual pricelists
- Provide window quote software training to customers as required
- Provide manual price list updates to customers as required
- Provide product information, technical support based on information provided by blueprints and inquiries (Take-offs)
- Process window orders from start to finish including input, ordering, scheduling delivery
- Conduct consultation meetings with window customers either independently, or jointly with sales rep
- Maintain required window part inventory
- Respond to service calls for all glazing products by coordinating required action
- Provide general customer service/order desk support for all branch business

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Bilingual (French/English)
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience (windows, building products)
- Demonstrated understanding of window performance metrics (ex. ER, SHGC, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills including proactive and quality communication
- Technical aptitude and high attention to detail
- Good spatial visualization skills, blue-print reading
- Computer literacy
- Be self-motivated, dependable, accountable
- Maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers, peers, and staff
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environment
