This position offers a full-time opportunity with ample room for career advancement as you contribute to the expansion and success of our windows and doors division.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to windows and doors to drive business growth effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to meet targets while nurturing client relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, adeptly negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to enhance sales team performance and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data meticulously, collaborate closely with marketing for impactful campaigns, and stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Windows and Doors Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM softwares
- Experience in outside sales
- Familiarity with account management principles

Pay: $71,000.00-$167,618.98 per year

**Experience**:

- Windows and Doors Sales: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
