**Cloud Learning Programs Manager**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake effective requirements gathering activity to understand purpose, constraints and learning objectives
- Design learning concept and strategy for the program to meet requirements, aligned with global learning strategy
- Using blended learning approaches including formal, social peer and adoption elements, design the learning program, defining all the curriculum and program elements.
- Working with Subject Matter Experts where necessary, develop the learning assets required for each element of the learning program
- Develop program support materials required to operationalize the program
- Validate program and assets with key stakeholders including L&D BP for target audience
- Pilot program and make required adjustments based on feedback
- Lead the quality and delivery governance for the program, undertaking quality reviews to ensure that the program is delivered and supported per design
- Consolidate program evaluations to track trends and value realization over time for reporting and continual improvement

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**:

- Relevant L&D qualification
- Experience of managing multiple learning projects at different stages
- SaaS training experience
- Deep understanding of the principles and practice of Learning & Development design, delivery and management
- Deep understanding of Adult Learning Practices
- Deep understanding and track record in the design, development and delivery of complex Blended Learning Programs
- Practiced at Learning Consulting with stakeholder groups to establish requirements and learning objectives for Learning Programs
