**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Front of House team during busy evening and weekend shifts, ensuring smooth service and a positive vibe.
- Act as a key support for the General Manager, assisting with daily restaurant operations and maintaining our high standards.
- Be hands-on and visible on the floor: help run food, touch tables, manage seating, and jump in to support your team wherever needed.
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members, empowering them to deliver the genuine hospitality OJ's is known for.
- Resolve guest concerns with a positive, solutions-focused attitude, turning any challenge into a great experience.
- Ensure the restaurant is always clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- **Required**: 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Key Holder, Team Lead, Supervisor) within a full-service restaurant or bar.
- A proven ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for guest service and a knack for building rapport with customers and team members alike.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay cool and effective under pressure.
- **ProServe certification is required.**:

- Must have availability to work a flexible schedule, with a focus on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

- Restaurant Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (preferred)
