We are hiring for two major events:
The **RBC Canadian Open **is a golf tournament that takes place from **June 5th-11th.** The **National Bank Open** is a tennis tournament that takes place from **August 5th-13th**.

**Description**:Concession Leads will oversee all operations of their concession stand and will work with their team to provide friendly, timely and accurate service to guests. Duties include stocking all supplies needed for service, monitoring product levels, overseeing staff breaks and ensuring effective communication between production concessions and non-production concessions.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper setup of each area.
- Work with the concession staff to ensure the best customer service to all guests that visit the concession.
- Monitor product levels and fill out requisitions before concession runs out and before peak periods.
- Oversee staff breaks and fill in as needed.
- Practice teamwork and help out co-workers.
- Report any absences or performance concerns to your Supervisor or Manager

**Required**:SmartServe Certification

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
