The **National Bank Open** is a tennis tournament that takes place from July 26 - August 7, 2025.

Are you ready to lead a team at one of the year’s most prestigious golf events? We’re looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Concession Managers to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of food and beverage locations throughout the tournament. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service, ensuring top-notch food safety, and managing operations with precision, this role is for you

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Location Setup & Preparation**:Assist in the setup of concession locations, including cleaning surfaces, testing and setting up equipment, stocking merchandisers, and organizing condiment stations.
- **Staff & Volunteer Oversight**:Ensure staff and volunteers arrive on time as per the schedule. Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, especially regarding alcohol service and M&O regulations.
- **Training & Support**:Master the POS system and train cashiers and volunteers on its operation. Offer hands-on support during peak times to ensure smooth operations.
- **Inventory Management**:Oversee inventory levels of dry goods, food, and beverages across all assigned locations. Coordinate with the inventory team for restocking as needed.
- **Alcohol Compliance**:Supervise alcohol service, ensuring all staff adhere to legal regulations and company policies.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor the quality of food and beverages to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage procedures.
- **Customer Experience**:Ensure all customer interactions are positive, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly to uphold event standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with other concession managers, Event Management, and inventory teams to ensure consistent service and operations throughout the event.

**Requirements**:

- SmartServe Certification
- Previous management and/or event experience is an asset.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 weeks

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
