**Demand Generation Manager (Remote within Canada)**

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Manager of Demand Generation will be responsible for managing, developing and executing strategies, and tactics to drive the demand pipeline for our SaaS ERP product.

You will focus on generating a sales pipeline with the team of Sales Development Representatives and provide high-fit accounts with resources and memorable experiences to grow opportunities.

This may include but is not limited to:

- Create and execute monthly, quarterly and yearly integrated marketing campaign plans with specific growth objectives that drive sales pipeline, generate MQLs and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
- Define, lead, and implement the SDR marketing strategy
- Lead a small team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Build brand awareness and create qualified opportunities for Multiview, while identifying risks and opportunities
- Reporting KPIs, presenting results and lessons learned

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Design strategic programs and campaigns to fill the funnel with quality leads, nurture and educate existing leads, and ultimately produce pipeline revenue for Sales;
- Align marketing strategies and nurture programs with Sales team collaboration, to ensure campaigns & programs are synchronized with sales strategies and goals;
- Leverage marketing tools to support the roll-out of marketing programs including marketing automation systems, customer relationship management systems (HubSpot) and reporting systems to stage, execute, track, measure and manage programs;
- Define and track key metrics and deliver reporting and analytics for all marketing programs;
- Test and improve programs and measure effectiveness to accelerate pipeline growth and close leads faster;
- Understanding how to monitor analytics and interpret the data to shift strategy as needed;
- Identify process and program gaps, define and action strategies for improvement;
- Report on Key Performance Indicators, team performance and set objectives
- Foster a collaborative work environment in alignment with Multiview values

- ** Marketing**- Strong in-depth knowledge of Marketing strategies is required to perform the role competently. The incumbent must be comfortable using the technology and be able to explain it to others. This level of expertise is gained through extensive on the job experience
- **Leadership** -Ability to effectively coach, provide formal feedback, guidance and work with various team members both internally and externally.
- **Interpersonal Skills** -Ability to effectively communicate and work with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong verbal communication skills are required
- **Organization** - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure a smooth client support experience and operational excellence
- **Teamwork** - works with multiple teams cross-functionally, and must know how to effectively address the needs of each team while always keeping the client’s outcomes as the driver
- **Initiative** - Seeks, accepts and completes new tasks using own initiative; works independently with little supervision.

**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelors with major in business (Marketing or Communication) or equivalent relevant experience
- **Experience Level: 5+ years** of experience in various B2B Demand Generation, Growth or Lifecycle Marketing roles, specifically in the B2B enterprise software / SaaS market
- You’ve prior experience with a team of SDRs or have significant experience working in a similar role
- You can plan optimization, qualification and growth experiments in your sleep
