**What You'll Do**
The Demand Generation Manager will lead for the development and execution of Field Effect’s full-funnel, multi-channel demand generation programs, to drive high-quality leads and ensure we exceed pipeline and revenue goals. Working cohesively with other teams, your primary responsibility is to drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue through cohesive, integrated outbound campaigns, lead nurturing, and effective sales enablement. In this role, you will get to:
- Develop and execute short
- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and maintain the sales pipeline
- Carry out plans to drive volume of quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
- Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Launch integrated campaigns to effectively engage and nurture prospective clients that generate a steady flow of leads
- Develop customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
- Represent the brand effectively and have a deep understanding of the company products
- Content development support to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Work within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies
- Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Measure and analyze campaign and marketing success
- Deliver performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with
- Write and develop online and offline marketing materials, including presentations, website content, digital ads, and social media.
- Plan and manage events to achieve maximize attendance and a best-in-industry experience for attendees.
- Rapidly develop new prospects and add profile information for existing contacts within the CRM
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
**Skills & experience we look for**
- 5+ years of experience in outbound demand generation
- Experience in developing innovative digital campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing best practices and trends
- Able to work competently within the marketing tech stack
- Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving, project management, and decision-making skills
- Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and MS Teams, among others
- Strong organizational and project management skills that allow you to manage many moving parts and individuals participating in your projects
- Understanding of lead qualification and nurture process
