**This role is a parental leave contract and the duration will be approximately 12 - 18 months.**

**Please note**:This contract position may be **_extended_** or a **_comparable/permanent position_** may be offered in order to meet business needs.

This position will require a person that can work as a team player in a fast-paced small office environment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Organized and able to adapt to changing work environment
- Eager and willing to undertake new tasks as assigned
- Data processing ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Provide resources and support to crews in field
- Photocopying, faxing, printing as needed
- Create letters, agendas and correspondence as required
- Build and distribute job routes using Web based routing software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

This position would be ideal for someone who has recently completed the office administration program.

You must acknowledge and agree to comply with any future vaccine policy requirements as an ongoing condition of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
Bi-weekly rapid testing required. Temperature checks and daily screening available.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L0R 1P0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
