Focused on providing excellent patient education, we are looking for individuals who will train to become knowledgeable Cannabis Educators who can help patients navigate the legal world of medical cannabis.
**We are looking for Cannabis Educators who are**:
- Dedicated to an excellent patient experience.
- High energy and are great at working with others.
- Team players with a passion.
- A hardworking multi-tasker, who is resourceful and a problem solver.
- An excellent communicator with both clients and team members.
- Experience within the healthcare and/or science field is preferred but not required.
- Experience within the medical cannabis field is preferred but not required.
- Completion of the CannU.ca Cannabis Clinic Educator Training Certificate is an asset, but not a requirement.

**Role Responsibilities and Skills**:
Develop and maintain knowledge over various aspects of medical cannabis, including but not limited to:
- Strain selection.
- Licensed Producer selection.
- Current trends and developments in medical cannabis in Canada.
- Educate patients on medical cannabis and answer any questions they may have on Licensed Producers.
- Strong computer skills as our office is as paperless as possible.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional phone etiquette, responding promptly to requests.
- Eager to take on challenges and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and maintain high levels of professionalism.
- Assist senior management with planning and/or regulatory compliance.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
