**Field Team Lead**
**Location**: Calgary
**Job Type**: Full-time. We operate Mon-Sun from 7 am - 7 pm, a variety of shifts are available.
**Starting pay**: $20/hour base + tips, bonuses and other incentives (usually $2-3/hr extra)
As the Field Team Lead, you'll be working side by side in the field with your team 3-4 days/week, while overseeing the day to day operations, from training plans, motivating your bench of employees, to end of day reports.
Each day, you'll be driving to local residences and businesses in our clean shiny trucks to take away their unwanted items. What you can expect:
