We are looking for passionate **Field Sales Team Lead** to manage a team of Brand Ambassadors for one of our incredible clients **Hello Fresh.** In this capacity you’ll be supporting the team on the ground that is going door to door meeting with our potential clients, introducing them to our fantastic products, and getting them onboarded. And just so you know, yes, we promote from within, so if you’re successful in this role there will be opportunities to grow your career with us.

- Sales experience - you’ll provide ongoing coaching and support for your team: being able to pull from your own real-life experience will go along way to your and your team’s success
- Ability to motivate a team of enthusiastic associates
- A people focused mindset
- A natural ability to connect with people
- Capacity to conduct ongoing training on an as needed basis in addition to creating training support tools

**Do you have the keys to success?**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales team leadership
- Inspirational and creative sales leader that possesses demonstrated experience driving aggressive results
- Customer service-oriented Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate level
- Ability to perform with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel through assigned territory
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
