Corman Park No, Canada The Berry Barn Full time

Hosts will use slower times to accomplish tasks relating to extra or deep cleaning, stocking and performing other preparatory work.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of space
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling reservations
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
