**Host/Hostess - Browns Crafthouse Emerald Park**

We are looking for people who love the industry, who see their future in hospitality, and who want the opportunity to grow with one of Canada’s fastest-growing restaurant brands. Browns Crafthouse Emerald Park is eager to find the newest member of our vibrant front-of-house team.

The Host position is more than just greeting guests — you’re the first and last impression of our restaurant. You’ll set the tone for the guest experience, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave. More than anything, we want to find that special someone who radiates positivity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make people feel right at home.

- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow to ensure smooth service
- Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and management to maximize guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance, and menus
- Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and takeout orders with professionalism and efficiency
- Uphold the Browns commitment to service excellence at all times

**You should have**:

- A passion for people and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous host or customer service experience is an asset, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
