At **Sumo**, we’re seeking **Hosts/Hostesses/Runners** to be the face of our restaurant and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you're greeting guests at the door, assisting with seating, or delivering food to the table, you'll play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience.

**Requirements**:
**Host/Hostess**:

- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude as they enter the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Answer the phone, take reservations, and answer general inquiries.
- Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area.

**Runner**:

- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately.
- Ensure all orders are correct and presented in an appealing manner.
- Assist servers with refills, clearing plates, and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Help prepare tables by resetting them in between seatings.
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and organized, ensuring high standards of presentation.
