**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process transactions using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation.

**Experience**
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Understanding of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Experience in banquet service or catering environments is a plus.
