- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

- Ability to assist with a variety of facility related tasks including preventative maintenance, electrical work, and plumbing
- Strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to balance multiple demands in a fast paced environment
- Ability to take direction from the Facilities Manager, adhere to building codes and health and safety requirements
- Travel between dealerships will be required
