**Job Summary/Mission**

The Inventory Coordinator ensures effective and efficient flow of goods across a complex and growing supply chain. They monitor sales and inventory data to allocate inventory, which allows TallGrass to efficiently produce and offer quality natural health and wellbeing products to consumers. It’s all about ensuring that that the right products are at the right place, at the right time; and that inventory discrepancies are addressed swiftly and appropriately. The Inventory Coordinator reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

**Outcomes/Critical Success Factors**
- Accurately and efficiently monitor inventory to reduce stock-outs at all fulfilment centers
- Coordinate transfers to/from facilities across Canada
- Work with team to effectively prioritize transactions, adjustments, inventory counts and logistics activities
- Update reports to aid in data management and analysis
- Develop relationships with existing warehouses, co-packers, and 3PLs, maintaining clear communication and working to resolve issues quickly
- Proactively address delays, opportunities, or other issues

- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, including SAP Business One
- Familiarity with 3PL and ecommerce fulfillment processes, including Amazon FBM and FBA
- Quick with the numbers (dates, dollars, inventory, averages, totals, timelines)
- Clear communicator (written/verbal)
- Self-motivated, ambitious, high achiever
- Process oriented, balanced by creativity/innovation
- Know when to follow instruction, take notes, ask questions.
- Know when to take risks, discover new things, try new processes, or start over
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, while staying focused on key priorities and strategies.
- Certificate or diploma in Operations Management, Inventory Management, Business Management Information Systems, or other relevant field is an asset
- Designation in inventory management, operations or supply chain is an asset
