Burlington, Canada Liebherr-Canada Ltd. Full time

The procurment clerk will provide direct administrative support to the various divisions within Liebehrr Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing a broad range of logistics, health and safety clerical daily activities and administrative matters. The newest team member will make contact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior managers, technicians, auditors, vendors and visitors, exercising professional judgment within generally defined procurment practices and policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a primary administrative contact for logistics, health and safety administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management
- Code and file material frequently according to the established procedures within Finance
- Prepare and electronically file invoices according to established policy and procedure
- Creates purchase and requisition orders for all LCA divisions and remote branches
- Assist with general brokerage and customs clearance tasks
- Act as team player in logistics and procurement projects
- Other duties as assigned

**Compentencies**:

- Highschool completion is required, college or university completion in related field is preferred
- 1-3 years working experience in administrative, purchasing or supply chain environment preferred
- General understanding of cost control/budget
- High attention to detail and data input accuracy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Computer & MS Suite skills
- Self motivated, comfortable working independently as needed
