**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day real estate operations (scheduling showings, preparing paperwork, updating listings, coordinating with clients).
- Manage calendars, appointments, and communications.
- Draft and review correspondence, contracts, and other real estate documents.
- Drive to and from showings, meetings, and errands.
- Provide administrative and personal support to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct market research and prepare property information packages.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in real estate, administration, or as an executive/personal assistant preferred.
- Valid driver’s license to assist with driving to different locations on company vehicle.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with real estate platforms (MLS, DocuSign, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy.
